How much does delivery cost, and what is the estimated delivery time?
Shipping is free for all orders to Singapore and the rest of the world.
Delivery times :
Singapore : 2 to 5 working days
South East Asia (except Singapore) : 3 to 10 working days
Europe : 5 to 10 working days
Rest of the world : up to 15 working days
We deliver internationally to most countries. When shipped outside Singapore, Capsule collection by Juliette items maybe subject to import duties and taxes. We do not pay these duties and taxes, and you are not charged for these at the time of placing your order. The shipping courier will invoice these upon delivery and you’ll be responsible for the payment of any such import duties or taxes.
Duty and tax rates vary from country to country, and also depend on the items being shipped. We have no control over these charges and encourage you to contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
We insure every purchase during its time en-route to you, from the moment it leaves our warehouse until the moment it’s delivered to your door. All delivered goods need to be signed for and once signed we’re no longer responsible for them.
We ask that you do not provide us with a Post Office Box address, but instead use a normal street address. When possible please have deliveries sent to a work place or residence where someone is easily available to receive and sign for the items. It is therefore your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address.
If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery (for example if the item is a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature of the named recipient (or addressee) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by us.
We aim to dispatch items within 48 hours of receiving your order, Monday to Friday. All delivery times referred to above are estimates only. We have aligned ourselves with courier partners who we believe will always do their best to deliver products by the estimated delivery timelines but our estimated delivery dates are based on the information, which they provide to us. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide guaranteed delivery times. A late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order.
It is your responsibility to inform us if an order does not arrive : email@example.com. Once we learn an order has not arrived by the due date, we will lodge enquiries with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.
If an item has been lost in transit, we will not dispatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be dispatched according to our discretion.
